Located in Western Uganda, Bundibugyo produces over 70% of Uganda’s cocoa, making it the backbone of the country’s cocoa industry and a source of livelihood for thousands of rural farmers. Biridi Organics cocoa beans and powder are made from hand picked, natural sun-dried raw cacao beans in our greenhouses and exclusively sourced from smallholder producers in western, central, and eastern Uganda. These beans are gently processed for export as raw beans or milled into a pure organic cocoa powder without adding, chemicals, artificial colors or preservatives.
