Return Policy

Though all the coffee we stock has been sorted and sifted multiple times in the supply chain, we insist on running each bag of coffee through our own large-capacity grain sifter before it leaves our warehouse. Our sifter separates the coffee beans from denser foreign objects while forced air removes dust and lightweight debris for an all-around cleaner roasting experience.

We recommend that all our customers sort through their coffee before roasting to ensure no foreign objects are present. Typically, objects like small stones are quite easy to identify after the roast because their color does not change. Since any foreign objects in the roaster have survived multiple sorting methods, they are typically of similar density, size, and weight to green coffee, so there is no risk of damage to roasting equipment.

We understand that even after due diligence, our customers may occasionally have quality concerns with the coffee they receive, and we strive to provide the best possible customer service in those situations. However, returns are limited because of the nature of unroasted coffee beans:

  • If your shipment was damaged or you received incorrect merchandise, please email CN@Biridi.com  as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue promptly. After 60 days after receiving your order, we will not replace or refund any items. PLEASE check your package for accuracy upon arrival.
  • Biridi Organics does not accept returns of coffee beans for any other reason than a mistake on our part during shipping or transit.
  • Damaged merchandise must be reported within two weeks of delivery.
  • All new equipment comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty support.
  • If your Equipment is damaged during transit, please report the damage, and take pictures for Biridi Organics so we can file a claim with the delivery service.
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase of Equipment, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or replacement if the merchandise has NOT been used. The return must be in the original packaging.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The manufacturer’s warranty is void outside of the US for products made in the US.
  • ****For the Holiday Season: Most of the equipment bought between November 1st– December 31 will be eligible for a return until January 15. Contact Biridi Organics if you have any questions.
